Playing with Clay
This course introduces students to contemporary ceramic practices in India and abroad.
We look at developments in functional and utilitarian ceramics and also sculptural works.
Students propose the work that they would like to undertake and are encouraged to play with clay.
The course would also seek to critically understand how traditional and studio potters and ceramic artists, interpret "play".
